AGREEMENT FOR WORK CHANGE

This Agreement for Work Change (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "Employer"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of [South Africa/Nigeria/Kenya/Ghana - choose as appropriate], with its principal place of business at {{company_address}}.

AND

{{employee_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "Employee"), residing at {{employee_address}}, and holding Identification Number {{employee_id_number}}.

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Employee is currently employed by the Employer in the position of {{current_job_title}} under the terms and conditions outlined in their original employment contract dated {{original_contract_date}}.

WHEREAS, the Employer and Employee have discussed and mutually agreed upon certain changes to the Employee's work arrangements and/or terms of employment.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

DETAILS OF WORK CHANGE

The parties hereby agree to the following changes to the Employee's work arrangement, effective {{effective_date}}:

1. **Change in Job Title/Role**: The Employee's job title will change from {{current_job_title}} to {{new_job_title}}. A revised job description outlining the new roles and responsibilities is attached hereto as Schedule A and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

2. **Change in Reporting Structure**: The Employee will now report to {{new_reporting_manager_name}}, {{new_reporting_manager_title}}.

3. **Change in Working Hours/Schedule**: The Employee's new working hours will be {{new_working_hours_details}} (e.g., Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

4. **Change in Remuneration/Benefits**: The Employee's new gross monthly salary will be {{new_salary_amount}} (e.g., ZAR/NGN/KES/GHS - choose as appropriate). Details of any changes to benefits (e.g., allowances, medical aid, pension contributions) are outlined in Schedule B attached hereto.

5. **Change in Location of Work**: The Employee's primary place of work will change from {{current_work_location}} to {{new_work_location}}.

6. **Other Changes**: {{other_changes_details}}

CONTINUATION OF ORIGINAL TERMS

Except as expressly modified by this Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the Employee's original employment contract dated {{original_contract_date}}, and any subsequent amendments thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

The Employee acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement for Work Change, including all attached schedules, and voluntarily accepts the changes to their employment.

The Employee confirms that they have been given the opportunity to seek independent advice regarding this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Africa/Nigeria/Kenya/Ghana - choose as appropriate]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [South Africa/Nigeria/Kenya/Ghana - choose as appropriate].

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the attached schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between the Employer and the Employee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating thereto.
