DECLARATION

I, {{testator_full_name}}, of {{testator_address}}, {{testator_ID_number}}, declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and codicils made by me.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I appoint {{executor_full_name}}, of {{executor_address}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If the said {{executor_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to act, then I appoint {{alternative_executor_full_name}}, of {{alternative_executor_address}}, as the alternate Executor.

APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN

I appoint {{guardian_full_name}}, of {{guardian_address}}, as the guardian of my minor children: {{child_1_name}} (Date of Birth: {{child_1_DOB}}), {{child_2_name}} (Date of Birth: {{child_2_DOB}}), and any other children born to me after the date of this Will. If the said {{guardian_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to act, then I appoint {{alternative_guardian_full_name}}, of {{alternative_guardian_address}}, as the alternate guardian.

BEQUESTS

I give, devise, and bequeath all my property, both real and personal, wherever situated, as follows:

B. To my child, {{child_2_name}}, the sum of {{amount_child_2}} ({{amount_child_2_words}}).

C. To my children, in equal shares, all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate. If any of my children predecease me, their share shall pass to their descendants per stirpes. If a child predeceases me without descendants, then their share shall be distributed equally among my other surviving children.

D. Specific bequests:

ii. To {{beneficiary_2_name}}, my {{item_2_description}}.

TRUST FOR MINOR CHILDREN

If any beneficiary under this Will is a minor at the time of my death, I direct that the share of such minor beneficiary shall be held in trust by my Executor(s) until such beneficiary attains the age of {{trust_age}} years. My Executor(s) shall have full power and discretion to use the income and principal of the trust for the education, maintenance, welfare, and support of the minor beneficiary, without the necessity of obtaining court approval.

POWERS OF EXECUTOR

My Executor(s) shall have all powers granted by law, including the power to sell, lease, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of any property of my estate, without court order or supervision.

DEBTS AND TAXES

I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of administering my estate, as well as all estate, inheritance, and other death taxes, be paid out of the residue of my estate.

GOVERNING LAW

This Will shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa (or relevant Southern African jurisdiction).

I declare that I have signed this Will in the presence of the witnesses listed below, who in my presence, and in the presence of each other, have attested and subscribed their names as witnesses.
