Agreement Parties

This agreement is made between {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") and {{virtual_assistant_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "The Virtual Assistant").

Purpose of Engagement

The Virtual Assistant is engaged to provide administrative, technical, or creative assistance to The Company, as further detailed in the 'Scope of Work' section. The purpose of this document is to establish clear guidelines for a productive and professional working relationship.

Scope of Work

Communication Protocols
