RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Residential Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:
{{service_provider_company_name}}, a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{service_provider_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"),
AND

Collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following residential services to the Client ("Services"):

These services will be performed at the Client's residential property located at {{service_location_address}}.
2. SERVICE SCHEDULE AND DURATION
The Services shall commence on {{start_date}} and continue until {{end_date}} OR shall be provided on a {{frequency_of_service}} basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) as agreed upon by both Parties.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving {{notice_period}} written notice to the other Party.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT

Any additional services requested by the Client outside the scope defined in Section 1 will be subject to separate negotiation and agreement on additional fees.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT
The Client agrees to provide the Service Provider with reasonable access to the premises to perform the Services.
The Client shall ensure that the work area is safe and free from any hazards that could impede the performance of the Services.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The Service Provider shall perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable care and skill.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of this Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subjected to good faith negotiations between the Parties.
