UNLIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, {{principal_full_name}}, residing at {{principal_address}}, with identification number {{principal_id_number}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal"), do hereby make, constitute, and appoint {{agent_full_name}}, residing at {{agent_address}}, with identification number {{agent_id_number}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Agent"), as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, to act in all matters, including financial, business, and personal affairs, as fully and effectually as I could do if personally present.

Grant of Authority

The Principal hereby grants the Agent unlimited authority to perform all acts and execute all documents that the Principal can lawfully do through an agent, including but not limited to:

1. To demand, receive, and generally collect all sums of money, rents, debts, or other things now or hereafter due or owing to me, or belonging to me, and to give receipts, releases, or other discharges for the same.

2. To make, draw, sign, endorse, accept, and negotiate all bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, and other negotiable instruments, and to operate all bank accounts in my name.

3. To buy, sell, exchange, lease, mortgage, or otherwise deal with any real or personal property in my name, and to execute all deeds, contracts, and other instruments necessary for such transactions.

4. To manage, conduct, and transact all my business affairs of every kind and description.

5. To institute, prosecute, defend, compromise, or abandon any legal proceedings, actions, suits, or demands concerning my affairs.

6. To engage, employ, and dismiss agents, attorneys, servants, and other persons as may be necessary for the execution of the powers herein conferred.

7. To deal with all matters concerning my health and personal welfare, including making medical decisions and accessing medical records when I am unable to do so myself.

Term of Power of Attorney

This Power of Attorney shall become effective on the date of its execution and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely unless revoked by me in writing.

Indemnification of Agent

The Principal agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agent from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of the Agent exercising the powers granted herein in good faith.

Governing Law

This Power of Attorney shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{jurisdiction_country}}.

Revocation

This Power of Attorney may be revoked by me at any time by giving written notice to the Agent.
