VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
This Volunteer Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:
{{non_profit_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization"), a non-profit organization duly established under the laws of {{country_name}}, with its principal place of business at {{non_profit_address}}.
AND
{{volunteer_full_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Volunteer"), residing at {{volunteer_address}}, with identification number {{volunteer_id_number}}.
1. Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Volunteer will provide services to the Organization on a voluntary basis, without expectation of remuneration or employment benefits. The Volunteer understands and acknowledges that they are not an employee of the Organization and that this Agreement does not create an employment relationship.
2. Volunteer Position and Responsibilities
2.1. The Volunteer will serve in the capacity of {{volunteer_role}}.
2.2. The Volunteer's duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

2.3. The Volunteer agrees to perform duties to the best of their ability and to adhere to all policies and procedures of the Organization.
3. Term and Termination
3.1. This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for an indefinite period unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
3.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing {{notice_period}} days' written notice to the other party.
3.3. The Organization reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for serious misconduct or breach of confidentiality by the Volunteer.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. The Volunteer acknowledges that in the course of their volunteer activities, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Organization, its donors, beneficiaries, or partners.
4.2. The Volunteer agrees to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party during or after the term of this Agreement, except as required by law or with the express written consent of the Organization.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. The Volunteer agrees to uphold the Organization's values and mission and to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
5.2. The Volunteer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Organization's policies, including but not limited to those related to harassment, discrimination, and health and safety.
6. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from the Volunteer's actions or omissions during the performance of their duties.
6.2. The Organization shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Volunteer, or to their property, during their volunteer activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Organization.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements, or conditions, express or implied, written or oral, except as expressly set forth herein.
