Commission Payment Agreement
This Commission Payment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of {{date}}, by and between:
{{company_name}} (hereinafter "the Company"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}}.
AND
{{commission_recipient_name}} (hereinafter "the Recipient"), residing at {{recipient_address}} / with its principal place of business at {{recipient_address}}.
1. Purpose
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will pay commissions to the Recipient for services rendered or sales generated, as further defined herein.
2. Commission Structure
The Recipient shall be entitled to a commission on {{description_of_commissionable_activity_e.g._gross_sales,_net_profit,_successful_referrals}} as follows:

3. Calculation and Reporting

4. Payment Terms

The Company reserves the right to withhold payments for any unconfirmed, rejected, or returned sales/services.
5. Term and Termination

Upon termination, any commissions earned up to the effective date of termination will be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in Section 4.
6. Governing Law

7. Entire Agreement
