CONSIDERATION

TERMS OF SALE

1. The Seller warrants that the Seller is the lawful owner of the Vehicle and that the Vehicle is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and claims whatsoever.

2. The Vehicle is sold 'as is, where is,' without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. The Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the Vehicle or have had the opportunity to inspect the Vehicle and are satisfied with its condition.

4. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the registration, licensing, and insurance of the Vehicle from the date of this Bill of Sale.

5. This Bill of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT

The Seller acknowledges receipt of the full Purchase Price as stipulated in this Bill of Sale.
