4. CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Seller represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the Vehicle and that the Vehicle is free from all liens, encumbrances, and security interests, except as otherwise disclosed to the Buyer.

The Vehicle is sold "as is," and the Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Vehicle, except as explicitly stated in this Bill of Sale. The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the Vehicle or have it inspected by a third party of their choice.

5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
