The Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the vehicle to their satisfaction or have had the opportunity to do so, and are purchasing the vehicle in its 'as-is' condition with all faults, if any.

The Buyer assumes all responsibility for registering the vehicle in their name and for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with the transfer of ownership.

GOVERNING LAW
