CREDIT REPAIR AGREEMENT

This Credit Repair Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{date}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

**{{company_name}}** (hereinafter referred to as 'The Organization'), with its principal place of business at {{company_address}}.

AND

**{{client_name}}** (hereinafter referred to as 'The Client'), with a postal address of {{client_address}} and Identification Number {{client_id_number}}.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Organization agrees to perform the following credit repair services for The Client:

a) Review The Client's credit reports from major credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) and identify inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable information.

b) Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of The Client.

c) Provide guidance and advice to The Client on improving creditworthiness.

d) Monitor The Client's credit reports for changes and ensure disputed items are addressed.

e) Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and actions taken on behalf of The Client.

2. CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

a) Provide The Organization with accurate and complete credit reports, identification documents, and any other requested information in a timely manner.

b) Immediately forward all correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors to The Organization.

c) Pay all agreed-upon fees as outlined in Section 3 of this Agreement.

d) Refrain from opening new credit accounts or incurring significant new debt during the term of this Agreement without consulting The Organization.

e) Understand that the Organization does not guarantee specific credit score outcomes, as results depend on various factors.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay The Organization a one-time setup fee of {{setup_fee_amount}} ({{setup_fee_currency}}) upon signing this Agreement. In addition, The Client shall pay a monthly service fee of {{monthly_fee_amount}} ({{monthly_fee_currency}}), payable on the {{payment_day}} of each month, commencing from {{start_date}}. All fees are non-refundable after the initial 3-day cancellation period.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and continue for a period of {{agreement_term_months}} months, or until such time as the agreed-upon services are completed, whichever comes first. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{notice_period_days}} days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Organization agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all The Client's personal and financial information and will not disclose such information to third parties without The Client's express written consent, except as required by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organization shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or opportunities. The maximum liability of The Organization shall be limited to the total fees paid by The Client under this Agreement.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{jurisdiction}}. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in {{mediation_city}}, failing which it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the {{arbitration_body}}.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between The Organization and The Client and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
