Credit Repair Agreement

This Credit Repair Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is made effective as of {{agreement_date}}, by and between {{credit_repair_company_name}}, located at {{credit_repair_company_address}} (hereinafter "Company"), and {{client_name}}, residing at {{client_address}} (hereinafter "Client").

1. Services to be Provided

The Company agrees to provide the following credit repair services to the Client:

a. Reviewing the Client's credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) to identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.

b. Challenging inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items directly with the credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of the Client.

c. Providing guidance and education to the Client on credit score improvement strategies.

d. Communicating with creditors and collection agencies as authorized by the Client to dispute negative entries.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

a. Provide the Company with complete and accurate copies of their credit reports from all three major credit bureaus within {{number_of_days}} days of signing this Agreement.

b. Provide the Company with all requested documentation and information in a timely manner.

c. Pay all agreed-upon fees as outlined in Section 3.

d. Refrain from applying for new credit during the credit repair process without prior consultation with the Company.

e. Notify the Company promptly of any changes to their contact information or credit report.

3. Fees and Payment Schedule

The Company does not guarantee specific results or a specific credit score improvement. The Company agrees to use its best efforts to challenge inaccurate information and provide guidance, but actual results depend on various factors, including the Client's continued financial behavior and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
