RENEWAL AGREEMENT

This Renewal Agreement is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of {{country_of_incorporation}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”);

AND

{{employee_name}}, an adult person with identity number {{employee_id_number}}, residing at {{employee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employee”).

BACKGROUND

A. The Employer and the Employee previously entered into an Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Original Agreement”) dated {{original_agreement_date}}, for a fixed term commencing on {{original_start_date}} and terminating on {{original_end_date}}.

B. The parties now wish to renew the Original Agreement on the terms and conditions set out herein.

RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Renewal Agreement, the Employer hereby agrees to renew the employment of the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts such renewal of employment.

The renewed term of employment shall be for a fixed period commencing on {{new_start_date}} and terminating on {{new_end_date}}. OR The renewed term of employment shall be for an indefinite period commencing on {{new_start_date}}.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, including but not limited to job title, duties, responsibilities, and benefits, shall remain in full force and effect during the renewed term, save as specifically amended by this Renewal Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{applicable_country}}.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Renewal Agreement, together with the Original Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the renewal of employment and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
