APARTMENT LEASE AGREEMENT
This Apartment Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:
LANDLORD: {{landlord_name}}, residing at {{landlord_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"), and
TENANT(S): {{tenant_name}}, residing at {{tenant_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").
1. PREMISES
The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby rents from the Landlord, the residential apartment located at: {{apartment_full_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the "Premises"). This includes, but is not limited to, {{number_of_bedrooms}} bedrooms, {{number_of_bathrooms}} bathrooms, kitchen, and living area, along with any designated parking spaces ({{parking_space_details}}) and storage units ({{storage_unit_details}}).
2. LEASE TERM
The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_term_months}} months, ending on {{end_date}}. This Agreement shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of termination at least {{notice_period_days}} days prior to the end of the initial term or any subsequent renewal period.
3. RENT
The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord an amount of {{currency}}{{monthly_rent_amount}} ({{monthly_rent_amount_words}}) per month, payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

This deposit will be held by the Landlord to cover any damages to the Premises beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or other breaches of this Agreement. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within {{deposit_return_days}} days after the termination of the tenancy and vacation of the Premises, less any deductions made in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement. 5. UTILITIES

6. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
The Landlord shall be responsible for all major structural repairs and maintenance of the Premises. The Tenant shall be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance, including keeping the Premises clean and sanitary and promptly notifying the Landlord of any necessary repairs. Tenant shall not perform any alterations or additions to the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
7. USE OF PREMISES
The Premises shall be used solely for residential purposes by the Tenant and {{number_of_occupants}} approved occupants. Subletting is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding the use and occupancy of the Premises.
8. TERMINATION

In the event of a breach of this Agreement by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice as per local legal requirements. 9. GOVERNING LAW
