LEASE AGREEMENT

This Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Landlord: {{landlord_name}}, residing at {{landlord_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”), and

Tenant: {{tenant_name}}, residing at {{tenant_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”).

1. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby leases from the Landlord, the residential property located at {{apartment_address}}, also known as Apartment No. {{apartment_number}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”).

2. LEASE TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_term_months}} months, ending on {{end_date}}.

3. RENT

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord a monthly rent of {{rent_amount}} ({{rent_amount_words}}) on the {{rent_due_day}} day of each calendar month, in advance, without deduction or set-off. Payment shall be made to {{payment_method_details}}.

4. DEPOSIT

This deposit shall be held by the Landlord as security for the Tenant's faithful performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 5. UTILITIES

6. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Tenant shall keep the Premises in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance as agreed upon. The Landlord shall be responsible for major structural repairs and maintenance of common areas.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either party giving {{notice_period_days}} days’ written notice to the other party. In the event of early termination by the Tenant, the Tenant may be liable for {{early_termination_fee}}.

8. GOVERNING LAW
