3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

**Cancellation by Client:**

**Cancellation by Provider:**

- In the event that The Provider must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid by The Client will be issued. The Provider will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by The Client.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client agrees to:

- Abide by all rules and regulations of the facility/service.

- Be responsible for any damages caused to the property or equipment by The Client or their guests.

- Ensure that the number of guests/units does not exceed the agreed-upon limit.

- Vacate the premises/return equipment by the specified end date and time.

5. PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS

The Provider agrees to:

- Provide the agreed-upon service/facility as described in Section 1.

- Ensure that the facility/service is in good working order and suitable for its intended purpose.

- Handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in {{city}}, in accordance with the rules of {{arbitration_body}}.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
