Service Description

The Provider agrees to book and provide the following services/resources to the Client:

Booking Fee and Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation by Client:**

If the Client cancels {{cancellation_days_full_refund}} days or more before the booking start date, {{percentage_full_refund}}% of the total booking fee will be refunded.

If the Client cancels between {{cancellation_days_partial_refund_start}} and {{cancellation_days_partial_refund_end}} days before the booking start date, {{percentage_partial_refund}}% of the total booking fee will be refunded.

If the Client cancels less than {{cancellation_days_no_refund}} days before the booking start date, no refund will be issued.

**Cancellation by Provider:**

In the event the Provider cancels the booking, the Client will receive a {{provider_cancellation_refund_percentage}}% refund of all monies paid. The Provider shall also make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative booking or service.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

a) Provide accurate and complete information as required for the booking.

b) Adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Provider during the service period.

c) Be responsible for any damages caused to the Provider's property or resources by the Client or their guests/representatives.

d) Arrive at the service location at the agreed-upon time.

Provider Responsibilities

The Provider agrees to:

a) Deliver the booked services/resources as described in this Agreement.

b) Ensure the safety and well-being of the Client to the best of their ability.

c) Provide all necessary equipment and personnel required for the delivery of the service, unless otherwise specified.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lock-outs, natural disasters, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party (hereinafter referred to as 'Force Majeure Event'). In such cases, the affected party shall notify the other party promptly and shall endeavor to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in {{city}}, in accordance with the arbitration rules of {{arbitration_institution}}.

Entire Agreement
