DEED OF CONVEYANCE

THIS DEED OF CONVEYANCE is made and entered into on this the {{day_of_month}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Grantor is the absolute owner of the property more fully described in the Schedule A hereunder written (hereinafter referred to as the 'SUBJECT PROPERTY');

WHEREAS, the Grantor confirms that the Subject Property is free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, and disputes.

CONSIDERATION

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The Grantor doth hereby absolutely and irrevocably grant, convey, transfer, and assign unto the Grantee, all his/her rights, title, interest, and claim whatsoever in the Subject Property, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee absolutely and forever.

COVENANTS BY THE GRANTOR

The Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that:

a. The Grantor has full power and absolute authority to convey the Subject Property.

b. The Subject Property is free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, gifts, previous sales, or any other kind of alienation or disposition whatsoever.

c. The Grantee shall peaceably and quietly possess and enjoy the Subject Property without any interruption or disturbance from the Grantor or any person claiming through or under him/her.
