DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

This Domain Name Registration Agreement (the 'Agreement') is entered into on this {{date}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 'Domain Name' means the specific internet address registered by the Registrant through the Registrar.

1.2 'gTLD' refers to generic Top-Level Domains (e.g., .com, .org, .net).

1.3 'ccTLD' refers to country code Top-Level Domains (e.g., .za, .co.za, .ke).

2. REGISTRATION SERVICES

2.1 The Registrar agrees to provide domain name registration services to the Registrant, including the submission of registration applications to the relevant domain name registries.

2.2 The Registrant acknowledges that the registration of a domain name does not confer proprietary rights to the Registrant, but rather a license to use the domain name for the registration period.

2.3 The Registrant agrees to comply with the policies and procedures of the relevant domain name registry for the chosen gTLD or ccTLD.

3. REGISTRANT'S OBLIGATIONS

3.1 The Registrant shall provide accurate and complete contact information to the Registrar for all domain name registrations and promptly update any changes to this information.

3.2 The Registrant warrants that the registration and use of the domain name will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3.3 The Registrant shall be solely responsible for the renewal of their domain name registration and acknowledges that failure to renew may result in the loss of the domain name.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 The Registrant agrees to pay the Registrar the fees for domain name registration and any related services as published on the Registrar's website or as otherwise agreed upon.

4.2 All fees are due in advance for the full registration period. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or cancellation of the domain name.

4.3 Payment shall be made in {{currency}} via {{payment_method}}.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

5.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for the duration of the domain name registration period.

5.2 This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon material breach of its terms by the other party, provided that the breaching party has been given {{number_of_days}} days' written notice to cure the breach.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 The Registrar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the registration or use of the domain name.

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.
