EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

This Equipment Lease Agreement (hereinafter 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Collectively referred to as 'the Parties'.

1. LEASED EQUIPMENT

The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, the following equipment (hereinafter 'Equipment'):

2. LEASE TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_term_months}} months, ending on {{end_date}}.

3. RENTAL PAYMENTS

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly rental fee of {{rental_amount}} ({{currency}}) on the {{day_of_month_payment_due}} day of each month, commencing on {{first_payment_date}}.

4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Lessee shall be responsible for all daily maintenance and minor repairs of the Equipment to keep it in good working order, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

The Lessor shall be responsible for major repairs and scheduled servicing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Any damage to the Equipment caused by the Lessee's negligence or misuse shall be the sole responsibility of the Lessee.

5. INSURANCE

The Lessee shall, at its own expense, maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for the Equipment against loss, theft, damage, and public liability for the duration of the lease term.

The Lessor shall be named as an additional insured on such policies. Proof of insurance shall be provided to the Lessor upon request.

6. USE OF EQUIPMENT

The Lessee shall use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions regarding its use.

The Equipment shall not be used for any illegal purpose or by any unauthorised personnel.

7. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Lessee shall return the Equipment to the Lessor in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted, at the Lessee's expense, to {{return_address}}.

Failure to return the Equipment as specified may result in additional charges.

8. EARLY TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon {{notice_period_days}} days' written notice to the other party.

In the event of early termination by the Lessee, a penalty fee equivalent to {{penalty_percentage}}% of the remaining rental payments may be levied.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
