EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

This Equipment Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Lessor: {{lessor_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{lessor_country}}, with its principal place of business located at {{lessor_address}} (hereinafter "Lessor").

Lessee: {{lessee_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{lessee_country}}, with its principal place of business located at {{lessee_address}} (hereinafter "Lessee").

Collectively, Lessor and Lessee may be referred to as "Parties" or individually as "Party".

1. LEASED EQUIPMENT

The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, the following equipment (hereinafter "Equipment"): Description: {{equipment_description}} Model/Serial Number: {{equipment_model_serial}} Manufacturer: {{equipment_manufacturer}} Year of Manufacture: {{equipment_year}}

The Equipment shall be delivered to the Lessee at {{delivery_address}} on or before {{delivery_date}}. The Lessee shall be responsible for all costs associated with the transportation, installation, and setup of the Equipment.

2. LEASE TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_duration}} (e.g., months, years), expiring on {{end_date}} (the "Lease Term").

3. RENTAL PAYMENTS

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly rental fee of {{currency}}{{rental_amount}} ({{rental_amount_words}}) on the {{payment_day}} day of each calendar month, commencing on {{first_payment_date}}.

4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Lessee shall, at its own expense, maintain the Equipment in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Lessee shall be responsible for all routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs.

Any major repairs or replacement parts exceeding {{currency}}{{major_repair_threshold}} shall be the responsibility of the {{responsible_party_major_repairs}}.

The Lessee shall notify the Lessor immediately of any damage to the Equipment or any defect that affects its operation.

5. INSURANCE

The Lessee shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain during the Lease Term comprehensive insurance coverage for the full replacement value of the Equipment, naming the Lessor as an additional insured.

Proof of insurance shall be provided to the Lessor upon execution of this Agreement and annually thereafter.

6. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Lessee shall return the Equipment to the Lessor in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted, at {{return_address}} on or before {{return_date}}.

If the Lessee fails to return the Equipment as required, the Lessee shall be liable for all costs incurred by the Lessor in recovering the Equipment, including but not limited to legal fees and transportation costs.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{governing_country}}.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of {{arbitration_institution}} in {{arbitration_city}}, {{arbitration_country}}.
