EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

This Equipment Lease Agreement (the 'Agreement') is made and effective as of {{effective_date}} by and between:

The Lessor and Lessee are hereinafter collectively referred to as 'Parties' and individually as 'Party'.

1. LEASED EQUIPMENT

The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, the following equipment (the 'Equipment'):

2. LEASE TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_duration}} (e.g., months, years), expiring on {{end_date}} (the 'Lease Term').

3. RENTAL PAYMENTS

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly rental fee of {{rental_amount}} ({{currency}}) on or before the {{due_date_of_month}} day of each month, commencing on {{first_payment_date}}. All payments shall be made to the Lessor at the address specified above or such other address as the Lessor may designate in writing. 4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

The Lessee shall be responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of the Equipment during the Lease Term, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Major repairs or replacements due to normal wear and tear, not caused by the Lessee's negligence or misuse, shall be the responsibility of the Lessor.

5. INSURANCE

The Lessee shall, at its own expense, maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for the Equipment against loss, theft, damage, and public liability, with the Lessor named as an additional insured. Proof of insurance shall be provided to the Lessor upon request.

6. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Lessee shall return the Equipment to the Lessor in the same condition as when received, reasonable wear and tear excepted, to {{return_address}} on or before {{return_date}}.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{governing_law_jurisdiction}}. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{court_jurisdiction}}.
