AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONTRACTOR
This Agreement is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, By and Between:
{{owner_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Owner'), residing at {{owner_address}}.
AND
{{contractor_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Contractor'), with registration number {{contractor_registration_number}}, whose principal place of business is at {{contractor_address}}.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Contractor agrees to perform the following services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Services'):

The Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue until {{end_date}} OR until the completion of the Services, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{notice_period}} days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Owner shall pay the Contractor for all Services satisfactorily performed up to the date of termination.
3. COMPENSATION

The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Owner. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all taxes, national insurance contributions, and other statutory payments arising from the compensation received under this Agreement.
The Contractor shall have no authority to bind the Owner to any third-party contracts or obligations.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Contractor agrees to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of performing the Services, including but not limited to business plans, customer lists, and financial information.
This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Contractor's performance of the Services, including any breach of this Agreement.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through {{dispute_resolution_method}} (e.g., negotiation, mediation, arbitration in {{city}}, or litigation in the courts of {{city}}).
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
