Job Summary

The Computer System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving computer information systems to meet the specific business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with users, management, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective system operation, and to recommend and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and gather requirements from stakeholders.

2. Design and develop new IT systems or modify existing ones to enhance functionality, efficiency, and security.

3. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes or new system implementations.

4. Prepare detailed system specifications, flowcharts, and other documentation for developers and users.

5. Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and vendors during the system development lifecycle.

6. Perform system testing, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

7. Provide training and support to end-users on new or modified systems.

8. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.

9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

10. Assist in data migration and system upgrades.

11. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company IT policies.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
