Job Summary

The First-Line Supervisor/Manager of Retail Sales Workers is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail sales team. This includes motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise, train, and motivate retail sales staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.

3. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and minimize shrinkages.

6. Schedule staff shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

10. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales associates.

Qualifications and Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in retail management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
