Addendum to Rent Agreement

1. Original Agreement Details

This Addendum is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

The parties hereto acknowledge that they are parties to a Rent Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Original Agreement") dated {{original_agreement_date}} for the property located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Property").

2. Purpose of Addendum

The purpose of this Addendum is to modify, amend, or add specific terms and conditions to the Original Agreement, with all other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement remaining in full force and effect unless expressly modified herein.

3. Amendments to the Original Agreement

The parties hereby agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows:

4. Rent Adjustment (if applicable)
