Terms of Subletting
1. The Tenant requests permission to sublet the Property to the Proposed Sublessee for the period commencing on {{sublet_start_date}} and ending on {{sublet_end_date}}.
2. The Tenant shall remain primarily responsible for all obligations under the original lease agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant, including but not limited to, payment of rent, maintenance, and adherence to all terms and conditions.
3. The Proposed Sublessee shall be subject to all terms and conditions of the original lease agreement.
4. The Tenant agrees to provide the Landlord with a copy of the sublease agreement between the Tenant and the Proposed Sublessee for review and approval prior to its execution.
5. The Landlord reserves the right to approve or reject the Proposed Sublessee based on their application, credit history, and any other relevant factors.
6. Any security deposit provided by the Proposed Sublessee shall be held and managed by {{party_managing_security_deposit}} (e.g., Tenant or Landlord) in accordance with applicable laws.
Financial Arrangements
