COMPUTER LEASE AGREEMENT

This Computer Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

{{company_name}} (Registration Number: {{company_registration_number}}), a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of {{country_of_incorporation}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Lessor');

AND

{{lessee_name}} (Registration Number: {{lessee_registration_number}} or ID Number: {{lessee_id_number}}), a {{lessee_entity_type}} duly incorporated/residing under the laws of {{lessee_country}}, with its principal place of business/residence at {{lessee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Lessee').

The Lessor and Lessee are hereinafter individually referred to as a 'Party' and collectively as the 'Parties'.

1. LEASE OF EQUIPMENT

The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, the following computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as the 'Equipment'):

The Equipment is provided in good working order and condition, and the Lessee acknowledges receipt of the Equipment in such condition.

2. LEASE TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_term_months}} months, ending on {{end_date}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Lease Term').

Upon expiration of the Lease Term, this Agreement may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both Parties.

3. LEASE PAYMENTS

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly lease payment of {{currency}} {{lease_amount}} ({{lease_amount_words}}) on or before the {{payment_day}} day of each calendar month, commencing on {{first_payment_date}}.

All payments shall be made by {{payment_method}} to {{payment_details}}.

A late payment fee of {{currency}} {{late_fee_amount}} shall be levied for any payment not received within {{grace_period_days}} days of its due date.

4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Lessee shall be responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the Equipment and shall use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner.

Any repairs required due to normal wear and tear shall be the responsibility of the {{maintenance_responsibility_party}}.

Any repairs necessitated by the Lessee's negligence, misuse, or unauthorised alterations shall be the sole responsibility and cost of the Lessee.

5. INSURANCE

The Lessee shall, at its own expense, maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for the Equipment against loss, theft, damage, and destruction for the duration of the Lease Term.

The Lessor shall be named as an additional insured party on such insurance policy.

Proof of insurance shall be provided to the Lessor upon request.

6. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Lessee shall return the Equipment to the Lessor at {{return_address}} in the same condition as when received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

The Lessee shall be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the Equipment.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{governing_country}}.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in {{arbitration_city}} in accordance with the rules of the {{arbitration_institution}}.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the Parties.
