COMPUTER LEASE AGREEMENT

This Computer Lease Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Collectively referred to as 'Parties'.

1. LEASED EQUIPMENT

The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, the following computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as 'Equipment'):

2. LEASE TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{lease_duration}} (e.g., months/years), expiring on {{end_date}}.

3. LEASE PAYMENTS

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly lease payment of {{monthly_payment_amount}} ({{currency}}) on or before the {{payment_due_day}} day of each calendar month, commencing on {{first_payment_date}}.

4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Lessee shall be responsible for the routine maintenance and care of the Equipment during the lease term. Any repairs exceeding routine maintenance shall be the responsibility of {{responsible_party_for_repairs}}.

The Lessee shall promptly notify the Lessor of any damage to the Equipment.

5. INSURANCE

The Lessee shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain insurance on the Equipment for its full replacement value, insuring against theft, damage, and other perils, and shall name the Lessor as an additional insured.

Proof of insurance shall be provided to the Lessor within {{days}} days of the commencement of this Agreement.

6. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Lessee shall return the Equipment to the Lessor in good working condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, at {{return_address}} on or before {{return_date}}.

The Lessee shall be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the Equipment.

7. DEFAULT

If the Lessee fails to make any lease payment within {{days}} days of its due date, or breaches any other term of this Agreement, the Lessor may, at its option, declare the Lessee in default.

Upon default, the Lessor may terminate this Agreement and repossess the Equipment without further notice or legal process, and the Lessee shall be liable for all outstanding payments and any damages incurred by the Lessor.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
