Service Agreement for Cleaning Services

This Cleaning Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Collectively, the Service Provider and the Client shall be referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party".

Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client at the premises located at {{service_address}} (the "Premises"). The specific services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following:

- General dusting and wiping of surfaces.

- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.

- Emptying waste bins.

- Cleaning kitchen or breakroom areas, including sinks and countertops.

- Window cleaning (interior, accessible windows only).

Term of Agreement

Payment Terms

- Ensure access to the Premises at the agreed-upon cleaning times.

- Provide access to necessary utilities (water, electricity).

- Inform the Service Provider of any special instructions or areas requiring particular attention prior to the service commencement.

Service Provider Responsibilities

The Service Provider agrees to:

- Perform the cleaning services in a professional and workmanlike manner, using suitable equipment and cleaning products.

- Ensure that its personnel are adequately trained, supervised, and adhere to all safety regulations.

- Be responsible for the conduct of its personnel while on the Client's Premises.

- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, and provide proof of such coverage upon request.

Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to business operations, client lists, and pricing, strictly confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{termination_notice_days}} days' written notice to the other Party.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if the other Party commits a material breach of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within {{cure_period_days}} days of receiving written notice thereof.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Africa]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [South Africa].

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
