Parties to the Extension

This Extension of Agreement ("Extension") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{party_one_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country_one}}, with its principal place of business at {{party_one_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Party A"); and

{{party_two_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country_two}}, with its principal place of business at {{party_two_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Party B").

(Collectively referred to as “the Parties” and individually as “Party”).

Reference to Original Agreement

WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into a {{type_of_agreement}} Agreement dated {{original_agreement_date}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Original Agreement"), concerning {{brief_description_of_original_agreement}}.

AND WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to extend the term of the Original Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Extension of Term

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Original Agreement, the Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Original Agreement for an additional period of {{extension_period}} (e.g., months, years) commencing from {{new_start_date}} and terminating on {{new_end_date}}.

All other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the extended term, save for those specifically amended by this Extension.

If no amendments are specified, the Original Agreement terms prevail without alteration.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Extension shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{governing_law_country}}.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Extension, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of {{jurisdiction_city}}, {{jurisdiction_country}}.

Entire Agreement

This Extension, together with the Original Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same.
