Extension Agreement

This Lease Extension Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date_of_extension_agreement}} by and between:

Landlord: {{landlord_name}}, residing at/with principal place of business at {{landlord_address}}

AND

Tenant: {{tenant_name}}, residing at/with principal place of business at {{tenant_address}}

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a Lease Agreement dated {{original_lease_date}} for the property located at {{property_address}} (the "Original Lease"); and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term of the Original Lease under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Extension Term

Rent
