Engagement Background and Scope of Services

Limitation of Liability
The Consultant's liability for any claims arising from or related to this engagement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Services.
The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by amicable negotiation.
